Tufts Environmental Literacy Institute 2015 – May 19-22

The Tufts Environmental Literacy Institute (TELI) is a four-day interdisciplinary workshop that brings together educators from diverse backgrounds to engage in environmental issues. This year’s theme is Climate-Safe Energy Futures: Vision, Implementation, and Education. The workshop will be co-led by Charles Heaps, a Senior Scientist at Stockholm Environment Institute, and Antje Danielson, Administrative Director of the Tufts Institute of the Environment. It will take place at Tufts University (near Boston, MA) from Tuesday, May 19th to Friday, May 22nd. Topics covered will range from climate change to renewable energy to international equity.

This workshop is seeking college and university educators and researchers from diverse backgrounds who wish to incorporate tools to prepare for a climate-safe energy future into their curricula. Educators from all academic levels are invited to apply using this form by April 15th.
