In case you missed it, AASHE recently celebrated 12 winners selected from over 360 applications submitted into the 2021 Sustainability Awards program. David Shi is this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner and is only the fourth person to receive the prestigious award. Catawba College won the inaugural Racial Equity and Sustainability Collaborations Award. Ten other winners were also named across the Campus Sustainability Achievement, Student Sustainability Leadership and Campus Sustainability Research categories. Learn more about the winners.

Additionally, we wanted to extend a special thanks for the time, dedication and support of this year’s 56 judges who reviewed all the submissions to name 54 finalists and, ultimately, the 12 winners.
