Northeast Farm to School Leads the Way
Civil Eats follows up on the success of a New York State program to incentivize school cafeterias to purchase local foods. Vermont has introduced a similar bill, and Betsy Rosenbluth of Vermont FEED (our partnership project with NOFA-VT) speaks about farm to school’s role in these efforts.

What questions do you have about owls? Educator Cat Parrish and Craig Newman, Director of Outreach for Earth Stewardship, offered up answers and introduced two educational owl ambassadors, Carson and Chapin at a recent program.
