The Champlain College Apiary has had another successful season, and we’re happy to offer up this year’s harvest while supplies last. We have beeswax lip balm, with a new and improved formula, and are now offering a burlap gift bag with jarred honey, lip balm, and a honey stick! Orders can be picked up during our honey sales on Thursdays 1-3 in the IDX atrium though December 6th. Bridget Manning, our apiary assistant, will be happy to help you. Sorry, we cannot send orders via U.S. or inter-campus mail. We’ve tried. It’s messy.

As always, our honey is bottled, labeled, and sold by our students and all proceeds go back to the bees. Our living laboratory has been incorporated into 50+ classes and extra-curricular programs, produced and sold over 1,700 pounds of honey, and hosted over 1,000 visitors from the Champlain and wider Burlington communities. Please help us continue this important work.
