2014 Vermont Bike Challenge -start your pedals…

Champlain College has registered for the Vermont Bike Challenge, and we’re encouraging all employees to sign up!  The Vermont Bike Challenge (part of the National Bike Challenge) is brought to you by Local Motion, and it’s a fun way to take your bicycling to the next level.  You can sign up at www.nationalbikechallenge.org.  

vermont_bike_challenge_flyer_2014When you sign up for the Challenge, the miles you ride count not only for you, but also for Champlain College, your hometown, and Vermont as a whole (as well as for your team, if you start or join one).  You get 20 points for every day you ride, plus a point for every mile — so with regular riding, the points add up fast!  Results show up in real time on interactive leaderboards at www.nationalbikechallenge.org.   Continue reading
