Providing a 24-hour carsharing service also means providing round-the-clock customer support for emergencies that arise after-hours. To give our devoted daytime staff a break on weekends, we rely on a stellar team of On-call Assistants who—equipped with a phone—respond to calls that come in on weekends and holidays (extra pay for holidays).

Call volume is usually relatively low (an average of five calls per weekend), but it is essential that we have a reliable and friendly person on the other end of the line when a member needs a little (or a lot) of help.
