The Power of Collaboration

The International Society for Organization Development (ISODC) and The Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry (CCAI) are pleased to present an Information Exchange focused on the “Power of Collaboration.” The event will take place at the Burlington Hilton in Burlington, Vermont on October 5 – 8, 2016.

Many people and organizations face and try to resolve issues from a position of scarcity. What happens when issues are approached from a position of abundance, such as collaborating with others to combine strengths and resources? Well, the ISODC and CCAI did just that to offer you this conference. We invite you to share stories of when you collaborated and significantly improved the outcome. If you haven’t experienced that quite yet, please join us to learn from others and explore the “power of collaboration.”

Scholarly papers will be presented, along with recognition of the award for the Best Organizational Development Journal Article of 2015. The highlight of Friday evening will be a dinner cruise on beautiful Lake Champlain at the height of fall foliage season.
