In just two weeks, our largest group ever at Eco Practicum NYC will be getting a behind the scenes look at one of the most fascinating and complex food systems in the world. They will meet with experts, activists, and policy makers, forage for food waste, work on an urban farm, and create digital food advocacy campaigns. We can’t wait!
Next up: our flagship summer program, Eco Practicum Catskills, where participants gain real experience with more than 20 of the region’s top environmental organizations, and have access to an impressive and growing network of Eco Practicum alumni. The application deadline is April 15. Scholarships are available for qualifying applicants.
