We’re seeking staff members for the 2021 season who are interested in working with children in a rustic, community-based setting.  We’ve had many excellent aspiring educators on staff in the past.  We always appreciate their perspective and training.  Conversely, we offer a wonderful opportunity for them to gain valuable experience working extensively with kids.  We also offer paid internships. 

NCC typically has about 170 campers each summer, ages 9-15.  Our season is 7+ weeks.  We focus heavily on wilderness trips in the Adirondacks (hiking, backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, etc.) from 1 to 5 days in length.  We also have extensive in-camp programming revolving around building skills and community.
