NAAEE 30 Under 30 Call for Nominations The North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) is calling for 30 Under 30 nominations. 30 Under 30 celebrates young environmental leaders and their successes toward creating sustainable change. Both self-nominations and peer nominations are welcomed. The deadline to submit a nomination is April 11. NAAEE Conference Call for Proposals Organizers of the National American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) 2022 conference invite proposals to the conference (Oct. 12–15) and the research symposium (Oct. 11–12). Proposals are due April 29. The theme is Educating for Change, and the event is happening in Tucson, Arizona. 2022 UN SDG Action Awards The U.N. SDG Action Awards recognize initiatives that mobilize, inspire and connect people to drive action towards a more sustainable future on a healthy planet. Finalists and winners will be celebrated at a special event held in Bonn, Germany, during the U.N. General Assembly and the Global Week in September, and showcased on U.N. SDG Action Campaign platforms throughout the year. The deadline to apply or to nominate a changemaker is May 1. Global Youth Leader Insights Survey The U.N. Environmental Programme (UNEP) seeks youth activists from anywhere in the world to fill out this survey. Responses will be combined with others and shared anonymously in a paper commissioned by the UNEP to help better support the youth environmental movement. The deadline to fill out the survey is March 31.
