| Don’t just ride out winter, ride IN winter! In partnership with Local Motion, CATMA, UVM, the Clean Cities Coalition and Go! VT (whew!) we are challenging Vermonters to head outside for a bike ride, a roll, or a stroll to collectively record 1,000 active transportation trips between January 31 and February 11, learn some things about biking in winter (from the comfort of your warm home) and getting together with people who bike to drink some coffeeoutside. Join the VT Winter Bike/Walk Challenge starting TODAY January 31 through February 11. Simply record two bike, walk, or multimodal trips (that’s only one day per week!) and you’ll be eligible for great prizes such as $100 gift cards to Outdoor Gear Exchange, $100 gift cards to Farm Way, as well as gear from Terry Bicycles. Check it out and log trips on either the Go VT! app or at https://govermont.agilemile.com/ A winter biking webinar will be hosted on Thursday February 3rd from Noon-1pm by some amazing local women.
