| Students for Zero Waste Social Media Intern We are hiring a student intern to provide social media and outreach assistance for our 2021 Students for Zero Waste (SZW) Virtual Conference! This intern will work with PLAN’s Director of Communications, Isabel. The position has the potential to continue for the Spring 2022 semester. | Students Taking on Oil & Petrochemicals (STOP) Fellowship We are seeking six highly motivated students to organize for environmental justice on their home campus in the Ohio River Valley. Students selected for the fellowship will be given 1 on 1 mentorship, trainings, and the opportunity for additional funding. Time Commitment: Average 7.5 hours/week Position Dates: September 2021 to May 2022 with flexible scheduling Compensation: $18/hour Requirements: Must be an active student on a campus in the Ohio River Valley. Only one student per school will be selected. Priority Deadline: Friday, September 10, 2021 (rolling basis) |

They are finishing a master’s thesis about pipeline buildout in the Ohio River Valley, and are excited to support student mobilization against the petrochemical industry in the region! |

| Atlas Zero Waste Fellowship Coordinator This part-time position, a member of the Atlas Zero Waste Project, will oversee a co-hort of Fellowship students as they go through Atlas Stage 1 on their campuses. They will manage the onboarding of Spring 2022 campuses, conduct check-ins with the student Fellows, and complete assessments by drafting Stage 1 Summary Reports. Time Commitment: 20 hours/week Position Dates: January 10, 2022 – June 24, 2022 Compensation: $22/hour Benefits: Work-from-home & electronics stipend and 2 weeks of PTO Application Deadline: Sunday, October 24, 2021 |
