Call for Abstracts for the 2022 Lake Champlain Research Conference
Grand Isle, VT – The Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP),Lake Champlain Sea Grant, and the Lake Champlain Research Consortium are pleased to announce the next Lake Champlain Research Conference will be held from January 10th-12th, 2022 at the University of Vermont.
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Clean Water Act of 1972, the conference will bring together lake and watershed stakeholders, including researchers, management practitioners, and the public, to learn about the state of research on Lake Champlain. The conference will feature representation and research from New York, Vermont, Québec, and beyond, providing an opportunity for discussion, networking, and collaboration across Lake Champlain’s multi-jurisdictional watershed.
Abstracts for oral presentations and poster sessions are being accepted through September 24th. Please visit the lcbp.org/lcrc webpage to submit your abstract via jotform. Any questions about the sessions or the conference in general can be directed to Lauren Jenness at ljenness@lcbp.org.
