Bike & Build’s Volunteer, Awareness, & Advocacy Program (VAAP)

Through service-oriented biking experiences and long term volunteer programs, Bike & Build raises awareness and advocates for affordable housing and empowers young adults to commit to a life-time of service and civic engagement. Our 8-week Volunteer, Awareness, and Advocacy Program places young leaders with one of our affordable housing partners to support their mission, gain leadership skills, and build experience in the nonprofit sector. VAAP Partners are located across the country, but one of our partners includes COVER Home Repair in White River Junction, VT. You can learn more about the COVER VAAP project here.
