We are proud to launch an interactive, interdisciplinary virtual course for college and university students to explore climate and social justice, sustainability, advocacy, and public health.This fall, an inaugural cohort of 30 young leaders from around the world will engage with and learn from each other, academics, speakers, mentors and innovators throughout this independent study. The curated 15-week curriculum will broaden perspectives on key environmental topics, illustrate the intersections vital to this work, and sharpen critical thinking, leadership, communication and professional skills — to propel next generation agents of change with passion, purpose and power.

October marks the start of the 11th Annual Project Green Challenge, our powerful global call to action with 30 days of environmentally-themed challenges to inform, shift mindsets, change behavior, and equip young leaders with the knowledge, resources and mentorship to lead change on campuses and in communities worldwide. Built around conscious living, grassroots advocacy, informed consumption, and movement building, hundreds of thousands of high school, college and grad student participants in all 50 states and 118 countries (and counting!) transition from conventional to conscious, incentivized by points, prizes and spots at the PGC Finals.

Turning Green Classroom offers eco learning for students and teachers with 25 simple, fun, impactful themed activities. Whether in a classroom, at home or out in the world, there is much to do to learn, share and innovate as we work to heal and sustain people and planet. Even in the face of uncertainty, we can all connect to take bold action for change and safeguard ourselves, our children, communities and planet — and that happens on the Turning Green Classroom interactive web platform.Building upon what we launched in 2020 to meet both remote and in-person learning needs, together, we will think, research, act and connect ideas to see how diverse individuals and collectives across the country and around the world are engaging, innovating and caring for our planet.
