TODAY AT 3: PEOPLE FOR MOBILITY JUSTICE & BICYCLE EDUCATION
Tune in today, October 2nd at 3:00PM to hear Lena Williams, Bicycle Education Manager of the collective People for Mobility Justice, speak to the Bicycle Education program and the work that is is done at the collective. People for Mobility Justice is a Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) collective that seeds critical consciousness about mobility justice across all communities.
OCTOBER 9TH: CHALLENGES TO SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORTATION IN VT
Tune in Friday, October 9th at 12:00 PM to hear Dr. Gregory Rowangould, the new Director of the UVM Transportation Research Center, discuss some of the sustainability challenges facing transportation in Vermont and its many small and rural communities. Dr. Gregory Rowangould will also discuss how the UVM Transportation Research Center’s research and outreach programs can help.

Tune in Friday, October 23rd at 12:00 PM to hear Michele Boomhower, the Division Director of Policy, Planning & Intermodal Development and Dan Dutcher, the Senior Environmental Policy Manager at VTrans discuss how the acceleration of the vehicle electrification in Vermont will be needed to meet to State’s climate and energy targets.

Tune in Friday October 30th, at 12:00 PM to hear Dan Quinlan, an independent consultant who works on projects at the intersections of climate change and health, discuss strategies for modeling the health benefits associated with the Transportation Climate Initiative.
