 Assistant Operations Coordinator

Full-time (36-40 Hours/week, May through October 31st, 2020)

Summary: The Intervale Food Hub Assistant-Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Operations Coordinator specifically in order fulfillment, receiving orders and local distribution for retail and wholesale operations at the Intervale Food Hub. This position is supervised by the Operations Coordinator and the Purchasing and Operations Manager and aids in keeping the Intervale Food Hub facility organized, record keeping up to date, and helps keep the facility sanitary.

Customer Service Assistant

Full-time (36-40 Hours/week, May through October 31st, 2020)

Summary: The IFH Customer Service Assistant assists with IFH customer service through daily member service to increase customer satisfaction and retention. This position brings an organized, positive, and helpful attitude to our service function and creates effective solutions to customer service issues in order to enhance customer satisfaction and to grow their repeat business. The primary role of this position is to report errors with order fulfillment and delivery and resolve these issues by processing credits, fulfilling refund requests, and modifying orders in the IFH online system.
