The Workforce Development Coordinator will lead and support hard and soft skill training, provide exposure to employers, and organize industry recognized certification trainings, field trips, guest presenters, documentaries, and facilitate discussions. Assisting with production, food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency in our food hub will be part of this staff person’s role.
Anyone who is considering applying must have social work experience and a desire to support individuals with barriers to employment (i.e. out-of-school youth, those in recovery, ex-incarcerated, single parents, etc.).
