Year-long Programs, 2019-2020:
begins JUNE 25-27
Develop and implement a year-long Farm to School Action Plan for your school. Change how your students think, feel, and act about food, farms, and nutrition. Apply by 3/7. A program of our VT FEED partnership.
begins JULY 8-10
Meet seasonally with a learning community of peers to enrich your practice of Education for Sustainability, systems thinking, and school transformation.
begins JULY 15-17 
Apply as a school team of 2-4 educators, then work together to implement interdisciplinary climate change education and place-based service learning projects in your school.
begins AUGUST 5-8 
Learn how to “read” the landscapes of Vermont, and  explore how place-based learning and education for sustainability can make the forest come alive for your students!

Seasonal Workshop Series
We’ve taken some of your favorite school program topics and turned them into one-day, seasonal educator workshops!
March 31 – April 2, Sunday – Tuesday
Join a community of peers from around the region for hands-on, farm-based educational activities, and discussions on how to develop your program and engage school groups and visitors to a farm.
JULY 8-12, Monday – Friday
Enrich your early childhood curriculum using the lens of sustainability and hands-on activities that connect young learners to the natural and agricultural worlds.
JULY 22-26, Monday – Friday
Deepen your understanding and practice of Education for Sustainability with colleagues from around the country. Part workshop, part conference, part retreat!
AUGUST 15-16, Thursday-Friday
A curriculum tune-up in a beautiful retreat-like setting for those with a strong background in Education for Sustainability and curriculum design.
