Are you an activist or leader in your community? Do you strive to balance the needs of the world with the needs of your body for rest and rejuvenation? This collaborative workshop with Clinical Herbalist Katherine Elmer and Yoga Teacher Laura Hill is for anyone who is called to meaningful work in the world and is seeking more tools to enhance and deepen their work.

We will explore the balance of inspiration and anxiety that motivates our efforts, and how that impacts our body, mind and spirit. Participants will be guided through a series of beginner/moderate yoga postures and learn about (and taste!) herbal/nutritional strategies focused on self-nourishment and enhanced capacity for leadership, creativity and collaboration.

$25 advance, $30 at the door. Student discount available with ID.
