When you go into the cafeteria, how many plates do you take? With Sodexo’s all-you-can-eat policy, typically food_leftonplates_WPstudents and guests grab at least two plates of food. And with that often comes a significant amount of waste.

I sat down with Champlain Lead Eco-Rep Nicole Stratis for some expert insight into just how much food students waste.
