Celebrate Food Day at UVM!
Every October 24, thousands of events all around the country celebrate real food and advocate for improved food policies. October 24 is a day to resolve to make changes in our own diets and to take action to solve food-related problems in our communities at the local, state, and national level. Join us for a day of activities in celebration of Food Day at UVM!
Intervale Tour

A first-hand look at the Intervale Center’s innovative programs, including the Intervale Food Hub, Intervale Conservation Nursery greenhouses, and the Intervale farmer complex.

Equal Exchange Bananas: Beyond the Peel

Visit the Equal Exchange table between Davis Center and the Bailey-Howe Library for a banana and to learn about the benefits of Fair Trade.

Chef James Rallo will press 15 bushels of local Champlain Orchards apples on an old fashioned wood and cast iron cider press into hot spiced cider, which will be on sale at Brennan’s!
