Facilitating Leadership for Change – 8 April, 4 PM, Aiken 102 – Mistinguette Smith

Students: wondering why other students in your group may not be listening to your ideas about what to do next?

Faculty: wondering why students in your class don’t seem to be following your topical direction with interest?

Staff: wondering why your new program idea is met with tired looks of when would I find the time to do this?

Maybe its a question of accepting leadership and identifying your leadership goals!

Tuesday, 8 April, 4 PM in Aiken 102 UVM, Mistiguette Smith is a Guest in the Leadership for Sustainability Series.  She is a trainer for the Interaction Institute for Social Change and on the faculty of the Center for Whole Communities. She has assisted many organizations and individuals imagine and manage change, which is the core of sustainability work.
