UVM Land Stewardship Internship and Field Semester: Now Accepting Applications!

The Land Stewardship Program (LANDS) at the University of Vermont is seeking qualified students to join the 2014 crew!

LANDS brings together teams of students interested in natural resources, ecology and conservation to learn through real-world experience working for a variety of land conservation partners.

Students have two options:

1)      Summer Internship

June 2 – August 4th, 2014

·        Receive living stipend + AmeriCorps Award

·        Earn optional academic/internship credit

·        Current students and recent grads may apply

AND BRAND NEW THIS YEAR…

2)      Vermont Field Semester

September 2nd-December 3rd, 2014

·       Earn 15-18 college credits through the University of Vermont

·       Receive professional training: Wilderness First Aid & Northeast Woodland Training

·       Upper-level college students may apply
