Membership is Our Mainstay – Renew or Join Today

Thanks to Northern Forest Canoe Trail members, the 740-mile waterway is an international sensation. Join or renew your membership before this spring to help us ensure access, ready campsites, provide maps, and share the rich stories of the region. We possible thanks to your member support. (New members get a FREE map!) Thanks.

NFCT Wish List – Donate Tools & Gear

“I wish I may, I wish I might, get the Jon Boat, I wish for tonight.” That’s what our Trail Director whispers to the first star he sees each night. A flat-bottomed boat would help our volunteers and stewardship crew remove dangerous strainers and transport bulky materials to work sites. We also have a wish list of tools, paddling and camping gear, and a few office items. Visit our Donate Items/Wish List to see what you might be able to provide.

TD Bank Affinity – Leverage Your Checking & Savings to Help NFCT

Do you have accounts with TD Bank? Use your existing accounts, or open a new one, to help raise money for the Trail. Simply join the Northern Forest Canoe Trail Affinity Membership Program and TD Bank will make a cash contribution to us at the end of each year based on the number and activity of accounts in the program. It’s a no-brainer, no-cost-to-you way to help leverage your banking to make a difference for the Northern Forest Canoe Trail.

Adirondack Campsite – Woodruff Maintains Saranac Shelter

This February we pay tribute to volunteer Myndy Woodruff for maintaining Cemetery Watch Campsite on New York’s Saranac River. Myndy is a woodworker extraordinaire who shares his skills to improve the site. This campsite is for members only, so if you want to see Myndy’s handiwork, make sure you renew your membership! Learn more about Myndy and the campsite at our Trail Segment of the Month.

Valentine’s Day – Surprise Your Sweetie with a Future NFCT Adventure

Tell her she can pick the lake and you will provide the sunset and stars. Or, light up his eyes with the promise of a weekend fishing trip on the Northern Forest Canoe Trail.
