Tuesday
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Goat Cheese
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Sandwich with Pesto
Dinner: Carrot, Onion, and Bok Choi Stir-Fry

Wednesday
Breakfast: Apple-Cheddar Omelette
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup with Carrots and Onions

Thursday
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich with Bacon
