The Betsy and Jesse Fink Foundation is bringing on two fellows to work on a variety of food waste related initiatives.

One is full-time, based in Connecticut and will focus on efforts specific to Connecticut.

The second is part-time, based in San Francisco and will provide support for a national study being developed that will assess the economic cost of food waste and the costs/benefits of different solutions that could be scaled to reduce, recover and recycle food waste.
