Submit a session to our Activity Fair!
We are seeking facilitators for our hands-on activity session focused on repair and reuse!  Previous sessions have included: T-shirt screenprinting, reusable menstrual pads sewing, clothing mending, and medicinal tincture making.

Travel Scholarships

Apply for travel scholarships. This supplemental travel funding, offered through the Equitable Access Fund, is meant to bridge the gap between what you can get from your campus or community organization and what you need. Priority deadline is August 2nd!

Housing

Free community housing is available on a first come first serve basis. apply for housing here. Priority deadline is August 2nd, applications close September 20th.

Traveling to the conference and have an extra seat available? Live nearby and looking for a ride? Check out our ride share form.

Additional events

On Sunday, several field trips and additional events will be offered! These events will require sign ups because space is limited. Events with sign up opportunities will be available September 2nd so stay tuned!

SZW 19 Awards

Each conference we like to recognize student leaders for their outstanding work! This year we are opening up a nomination process so that you can tell us who you think deserves recognition for their efforts as a student leader.
