Maine Energy AmeriCorps Program (MEAP), formerly Maine Partnership for Environmental Stewardship, is an AmeriCorps program coordinated by Maine Campus Compact. Our main objective is to foster partnerships between college campuses and their communities to increase energy efficiency and cost savings, especially for our vulnerable, low-income neighbors. We do this by providing light weatherization services, such as window inserts, and organizing several educational opportunities, such as energy education events and green certifications. Join a team of 26 AmeriCorps members at 6 sites across the state of Maine!
Energy Efficiency Coordinator
Start Date: Mid-December.
End Date: 11/30/2021.
Site Locations: Maine Campus Compact (Lewiston). Other sites TBD.
