PULL AGAINST POVERTY, championed by Switchback, is a tug-of-war event that started in 2017 to raise funds for CVOEO’s programs to fight poverty. Get a team together and help your neighbors… Our goal this year is to raise $20,000 to support the Good Food Truckwhich serves thousands of free nutritious meals in the summer to children in neighborhoods where there is less access to healthy food. The Good Food Truck is an innovative program that is also for hire for weddings and other events and uses the proceeds to fund the free meals program.
