Each year, adults and students join the Spectrum Sleep Out in solidarity with homeless young adults in Vermont. They spend one night sleeping outside and raise funds to give homeless and at-risk youth a warm meal, a safe place to sleep, counseling, mentoring, and coaching on life skills. We anticipate over 100 adults at the Executive Sleep Out (March 29) and over 450 students at the various Student Sleep Outs (April 5th -8th, primarily).
I thought some student clubs/service organizations at Champlain College might be interested in creating teams, and was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction. There’s plenty of information and resources on our website; in particular, our Toolkit.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your consideration, and hope to hear from you soon!
