Vermont PBS will be holding another pledge drive again very soon and we are eager to fill some volunteer slots for our phone bank! If you’ve volunteered with us before you know what to expect. If not, what we are looking for are volunteers to sit in our phone bank and answer incoming calls from our donors during our pledge shows.
We will be airing special pledge drive programs and interrupt the show every so often to solicit donations from our viewers and ask them to call in. That’s where you come in! You’ll be answering the incoming phone calls and taking down the donation information. It’s very simple stuff and we give you a brief training beforehand so you know what to expect. We’ll also be serving pizza!
Here is when we are looking for volunteers:
Monday, December 5th from 6:30pm-10pm
If the 5th doesn’t work for you, I may have some slots available on December 8th as well. Let me know if that works better and I’ll let you know if I can get you in. December is our big fundraising month and we need as many volunteers as we can get!
