A small Vermont nonprofit, Vermonters for a Sustainable Population (VSP), is looking for a student intern to work with VSP’s Executive Director and develop a strategy for growing the organization. VSP developed a working definition for “sustainable,” and recently published a report that attempts to estimate what a sustainable human population for Vermont might be (see www.vspop.org). The intern must have a strong interest in sustainability and be willing to work both on outreach/marketing to the public (especially to young people) and on increasing the level of funding to VSP.
