City Hall Internship Program Seeking Summer Applicants!

CEDO is now seeking motivated candidates for the City Hall Summer Internship Program. The internship program provides an experience in local government that will develop professional skills and provide steps toward building a successful career in public service.
Application Deadline: April 15th
The City Hall Internship Program will provide individuals with an opportunity for learning and growth that exposes them to government and municipal policy, as well as bestowing them with meaningful responsibilities. Prospective interns will be assigned specific areas within the City. Some examples of the types of tasks that could be performed include:
– Policy analysis
– Evaluation and research
– Project and program management
– Public affairs and communications
– Social media
– Event coordination
– External affairs and community outreach
The summer program runs from mid-May to the end of August, with an expectation of 10-15 hours per week. Applications will be accepted until 5 pm on April 15th.
