Applications for The Fund for American Studies’ Spring 2022 Capital Semester program in Washington, D.C. are being accepted until the final deadline of November 15.
Please encourage students looking to gain professional experience in the Nation’s Capital to apply by the October 12 Early Deadline to receive priority scholarship consideration. 
The comprehensive Capital Semester program includes:
12 academic credits from George Mason University.
A guaranteed internship placement in public policy, international affairs, journalism, communications or the nonprofit sector.
Housing in furnished apartments in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Sessions focused on networking,  professional development and career exploration.

TFAS, a nonprofit organization, awards more than $1 million in scholarship funding each year. If you’d like to be considered for a scholarship, be sure to fill out the scholarship section of the online application.
