OISS Celebrates International Women’s Day with “Wall of Women” – March 8-12, 2021

The Office of International Student Services (OISS) and the Women’s and Gender Center are celebrating International Women’s Day March 8-12, 2021 with Champlain College’s very first “Wall of Women.”

Any member of the Champlain College community is free to nominate and honor any female-identified individual either at Champlain or in the world who has supported them and made a positive impact in their life.

You can nominate someone either 1) in-person (if already in campus testing) at The Lemonade Stand or with OISS Student Ambassadors outside the SGA Office in the IDX Student Center from 11AM-2PM daily, or 2)  virtually by filling in this Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeCgDC5IWaX-CJ3tNoElaGoUwqj5ePFXBqvqmZ6rXxlBM6hPA/viewform

Every nomination will be installed on the physical Wall of Women on the SGA Office windows in the IDX Fireside Lounge. Virtual nominations will be printed off by OISS and installed.

This celebration will be on display from March 8-12, 2021.

Thank you for participating in this project for International Women’s Day and if you are on campus, please stop by the SGA Office to take a look at the exhibit as it grows!
