 Lake Champlain International

Clean Water. Healthy Fish. Happy People.
The lake is life.  It underpins our ecosystem, economy, and environment.  It takes many hands and many voices to protect resources that cannot speak for themselves. There are countless ways to take action for Lake Champlain – choose one that works for you, and sign up!
Current opportunities:
**1. Join us in Montpelier for Clean Water Day. The more people we can gather for this event the better! You don’t need to know how policy works, you just need to show solidarity for our water resources!  Sign up here.
2. Outreach and clean water conversation.  Interested to hang out at a fun event and chat with people about clean water needs in Vermont! We need tabling support this month as we outreach to those who have not yet joined the conversation.
3. General office support and grantwriting.  Up for making a few dozen phone calls to benefit our shared resources? Enjoy graphic design? Ever wanted to try your hand at grantwriting?  Come on in, and join the team!
4. Event planning.  The 2018 Fish Chowder Championship planning stage has begun!  If you like hosting fun events, this is a great way to get involved.
To sign up for any of these opportunities, or for more information, write to juliana@champlain.ngo or call the office: 802 879 3466.
