Welcome to our November newsletter! The days might be getting shorter but there are lots of exciting things afoot here at Fair Trade Campaigns.

If you’re interested in Fair Trade, you’re probably interested in making the world a more equitable place. There are so many ways to act on this – donating to charity or aid organizations, contributing time or money to disaster relief, or buying local or certified Fair Trade products. All of these actions can have significant positive impacts in the world today. Read more
Connections Through Coffee
As a master’s student studying ethical business models and international development, our Southwest Regional Fellow, Celina Lima, is often assigned case studies with the goal of delivering innovative solutions to global issues. The more she looked into supply chains and discovered the huge gaps between what we as consumers pay for goods and what producers themselves receive for their labor, the more she realized that pay isn’t enough to truly have an impact on a farmer’s life. Read more
