You’re invited to the 4th Annual 350 Vermont Statewide Meeting – Nov. 13

Join us at the 4th Annual 350VT Statewide Meeting on Sunday Nov. 13! We’re excited to announce that Vanessa Gray, from Aamjiwnaang Sarnia Against Pipelines, and Jay O’Hara, from Climate Disobedience Center, will both be speaking.

This year we’re focusing on solutions with workshops about a whole host of great grassroots ways to combat climate change – from electric bikes to soil restoration and from green building to true community solar. We’ll also have updates, campaign briefings, awards and recognitions, and a great meal.

RSVP by Friday, Nov. 4 HERE.

A special note of thanks to all those who came to the action in Geprags Park in Hinesburg on Oct. 20. More than 200 people marched, sang, spoke, and took direct action together to occupy the drill site just south of the park for several hours. There was lots of great press coverage of what happened, but if you didn’t get a chance to take it in last week, check out VT Digger’s piece here.
Our friends in Hinesburg are still depending on us to help them Protect Geprags Park. Please consider making a donation to their legal fund here.
See you in Montpelier!
Maeve, Brittany, Austin, Keri, and the 350VT team

PS – There were a few items left unclaimed in Hinesburg last week. Are you missing a khaki hat or a blue and black rollup table? If you lost either of these items, you can reclaim them at the 350VT office at 255 S. Champlain, Burlington.
