Now is the time to order your Winter Season subscription from the Intervale Food Hub!

When you join the Intervale Food Hub…

You’ll be supporting over 30 Vermont farms and supporting over a dozen local food businesses! 

We’ll help you to get to know the names, faces and stories behind each farm and business.

You’ll be enjoying high quality, non-GMO, sustainably grown produce that’s good for you and good for our land, air and water! 

All produce is grown in Vermont and certified organic.

(Apples follow “Eco Apple” guidelines. Mushrooms are grown organically, but not certified.)

You’ll have fun trying new recipes, and cooking lots of delicious, nourishing meals! 

Every week, we’ll send a selection of recipes and cooking tips to help you enjoy simple, delicious, creative meals.

The Intervale Food Hub is a local food market that sources the best local food available for our members. With subscriptions, members sign up in the beginning of the season, and receive weekly deliveries of fresh, delicious food from Vermont farms and food producers.

We’ll make it easy to enjoy eating local year-round!

Subscription options include organic vegetables, local meat, eggs, bread, cheese, yogurt, plus a great selection of specialty products and prepared foods. The Winter Season is 14 weeks long. Food is delivered from November through mid-February.
