RESOLUTION RUN & WALK – RunVermont needs volunteers for a couple of hours on December 31st to help out at this event. Volunteers can help out on the course keeping runners safe, with parking, inside with the food area and packet pick-up. DONATIONS PROCESSING – Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity ReStore is in need of volunteer help to unload incoming donations, clean, test, sort and/or price items, and do some research, if needed. AFTER SCHOOL OFFICE HELP NEEDED – Franklin Northwest Supervisory Union is looking for a volunteer to assist the Site Coordinator at Swanton and Sheldon schools with attendance tracking, snack documentation, front desk coverage, and more. Since school doors are locked after school, the position also includes monitoring the door, buzzing in staff and parents picking up students. DAYTIME SUPPORT – Brain Injury Association of Vermont has need of a volunteer to co-facilitate their Burlington Daytime Area Support Group. The Group meets on the last Friday of the month, from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Department of Labor on Pearl Street in Burlington. No experience is needed, just a willingness to listen and be supportive of survivors and their families. Retirees, students and brain injury survivors are encouraged to apply!
