Join 350Vermont from April 27 – 29 for a weekend of learning, skill development, and community building! Building Ground, part one of our Climate Justice Leader Training, is designed to provide background and basic skills for individuals looking to grow their leadership and involvement within the climate movement. And we want you to join us! 

This program will include the opportunity to connect with other new leaders around the state, explore core definitions and concepts of climate and racial justice, learn about 350’s particular approach to changemaking, and practice fundamental organizing and facilitation skills taught by experienced organizers–all of this while building the strong container of community that carries our climate justice movement forward.
