Deep Change for Climate Justice: Oct. 15 – 16 — Register Today!
Don’t wait – register now for our conference Deep Change for Climate Justice: Coalescing a Transformational Movement. It will be a transformational event! This is the last day to register at the reduced price; the cost goes up on October 1. The deadline to register for meals is October 7.

Here’s information about our conference leaders:

The Rev. Fred Small is a climate activist in addition to being a singer/songwriter and serving as a pastor for many years. Listen to a great radio interview with Fred on Boston station WBUR here. Fred will also share his musical talents with us.

Sherri Mitchell, shares her inspiring perspective in this interview. Sherri will be with us for the day on Saturday.

And we’ve added another great leader, Maureen Burford, who will co-facilitate the conference with Fred Small on Saturday and Sunday. This brief bio gives a glimpse of Maureen’s broad experience and what she brings to the conference.

Other parts of the conference include:
– A dozen workshops
– Break-out sessions on five different tracks
– A children’s program — children will rehearse a story of the universe and give a performance as part of the Saturday evening program
– Informational displays provided by our ten conference sponsors
– Great meals (participants can choose to get conference-provided meals or to bring or buy their own food)

The conference website has much more information.
