| JOIN us at the Greater Burlington Women’s Forum FRIDAY, October 14th for Women in Politics: At the Podium & Behind the Scenes.
We’ll have a multi-partisan panel discussion about some of the different ways women decide to step into leadership. What does it take to prepare, sustain and succeed on the campaign trail and in office? Moderated by Cary Brown, Executive Director, Vermont Commission on Women. The program will last an hour and close with announcements of job opportunities and positions sought as well as upcoming events of interest to the group. Contois Auditorium is available for another 30 minutes of networking. Bring a lunch and listen, learn, share, and network with women in our community. Great door prizes! BYO business card (you can make one onsite if you don’t have one!) to enter the doorprize drawing. You must register to save your seat at the table (no need to print out a ticket as we’ll have your name on a list). $5 donation at the door. Cash and checks accepted.
