CATALYZING ECOLOGICAL DESIGN @ SEABA – Friday Talks
WHO: Ecological Design Collaborative, UVM and Vermont Design Institute have organized three events at SEABA during the month of November.
WHEN:
• Friday, Nov 7, 2014; 5-8pm. Opening Reception for the Third Landscape Exhibit and LIVING PLACE Ecological Design Competition Panels; part of Art Map Burlington’s First Friday.
• Friday, Nov 14, 2014; 5-8pm. Reception and talk by UVM Naturalist Walter Poleman on “Place-based Ecological Literacy and Design,” followed by an Introduction to the Design Charrette by Architect Diane Elliott Gayer.
• Friday, Nov 21, 2014 5-8pm. Reception and talk by Ecologist Dr. John Todd of Ocean Arks International “Ecological Design In the Urban Environment: Recent Projects.”
