It might be hard to imagine swimming in the lake and running through the leafy green woods at this time of year, but it’s summer camp planning season! If you have some nature education experience and have one or more free weeks this summer, this could be the job for you.The city releases its camp brochure the first week of February- so all of the camp dates need to be set this month, and so if interested, apply soon.

Key details:
• 4 weeks of camp were offered last year (and 3 ended up running; one was cancelled due to low enrollment). There’s room to increase this number in 2014, or keep it steady, or even reduce it if you can’t commit that much time.
• You’d be potentially working with some pretty amazing repeat campers.
• pretty free-form program, including lots of time to explore, nature awareness games, shelter-building, hikes to secret spots, swimming, kayaking, etc…
