The next event for our community read is a poetry recitation by Rajnii Eddins (on Zoom).
Burlington spoken-word poet and activist Rajnii Eddins will share some of his poetry, followed by a Q&A session. His latest work, titled “Their Names Are Mine,” aims to confront white supremacy while emphasizing the need to affirm our mutual humanity. This event intends to create space for candid, courageous, and vulnerable dialogue around our formative encounters with the social construct of race. A copy of Their Names Are Mine is available to borrow from the Champlain College Library.
You can see the event on The View and add it to your calendar. I’m also sharing the poster that you are welcome to share with whomever.
Hope to see you there!
