United Nations Association-USA Leadership Summit in D.C. (Scholarships Available)

The United Nations Association Global Leadership Summit in Washington D.C. is now less than 2 months away. Every year, UNA-USA invites students from across the country to attend the Summit, develop their leadership skills and connect them with a network of globally-minded professionals and community members.

At this year’s Summit (taking place on June 9-11, 2019), students will be able to connect with other United Nations diplomats, civic leaders, and advocates from across the United States. In addition, students will be given the opportunity to conduct hands-on advocacy on Capitol Hill with other notable lawmakers and their staff.

We want to extend a special opportunity for students from Vermont to come to Washington D.C. to take their advocacy and leadership skills to the next level. If students are interested in participating in this year’s Global Leadership Summit, they should be sure to fill out our scholarship interest form – entries are due by April 28, 2019 at 11:59 EST. The scholarships help to cover the cost of transportation and housing.
