Faith Climate Action Day at the State House
Thursday, February 20, 2020, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Co-sponsored by Vermont Interfaith Power & Light, Vermont Interfaith Action, and VPIRG
Join people of faith and conscience who will show up in strength to let our leaders know that we demand real action on climate change. We’ll gather for an issues briefing and tips on speaking with our legislators, followed by a
press conference, then meet with legislators.
The Schedule:
9:30 a.m. Opening session at the State House, Room 10*
9:45 – 10:40 Issues briefing and tips on talking with legislators
10:40 – 11:00 Walk to Cedar Creek Room at the State House
11:00 – 11:30 Press Briefing in Cedar Creek Room
11:30 – 1:00 Meet with legislators

You can park at the Dept. of Labor Lot at 5 Green Mountain Dr., Montpelier, VT 05602. Walk or take the shuttle to the State House.
Meetings with your legislators will be arranged when you RSVP. You may schedule your own appointment in advance if you choose, but please contact Liam O’Sullivan if you do to let him know. Thanks!
