Seeking students to help with EMS Afterschool Basketball Mentorship Program

We are seeking students from Champlain College who would be interested in re-starting the basketball mentor program that Edmunds Middle School Afterschool and Champlain College once had in the past!
In the past, we had a college student or a few if there were others interested from Champlain meet our students in your gym with a few of our staff as well, to play basketball and build positive relationships with college students to do some role modeling and mentoring.  It was awesome for our kids and it seemed as though the Champlain students enjoyed it as well!
We are currently planning to start our basketball club on Wednesday September 13th and plan to continue this club every Wednesday that school is in session until June 8th from 2:20 to 3:30/3:45. This would be a great group to transfer into this mentor program. This club tends to pull in many of our students who come from low-income backgrounds and/or are students of color (often boys), who have shown up in our data to be the most at risk in our schools.  They greatly benefit from positive male role models and it is wonderful when we can have college students spend time with them, especially male college students of color, but not exclusively.
I was wondering if you had any interest in starting this program again with us, or if you had a student in particular who would be a good fit.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Best,
Alyssa
